All turn products ordered online come with a 30-day replacement policy.* Products containing D9 (pods, AIOs, etc.) can only be replaced or refunded at the dispensary they were purchased from, at the dispensary’s discretion. Authorized dispensaries are shown on our store locator.
*You must have a receipt to qualify for any replacement.
*Gifted products do not qualify for replacements.
Customers with turncare+ receive a one-year, no-questions-asked replacement warranty, valid from the purchase date on podpak.me. Flavor pods and all-in-one turnpens from podpak.me are eligible for replacement only if the order is incorrect or the items are defective and must be within the 30-day replacement policy.
Please check your local cannabis regulations before placing an order, as laws vary by state. We ship and replace legal products only. Refunds are not available, and we cannot ship replacements if they are illegal in your state.

Please file a claim with USPS for damaged packages before contacting us. Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
We cannot accept replacements on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to correct an order issue (such as receiving the wrong color or size) is to return the item. Once we accept the return, we will promptly create a new replacement order for you at no additional cost.
In lieu of replacement items, we also offer store credit.
